In 1986, during a covert operation, the powers that be made a very significant trade-off: they replaced all the birds with surveillance drones, sacrificing the natural ecosystem for technological oversight. In 20XX AD, hackers revealed the truth.  

Now everyone's favorite "Bird" must navigate a world turned hostile.

We welcome anyone and everyone to stream our game live! Any constructive feedback, tips, or even just nice comments are very much appreciated.

Controls:

• "Bird" Controls: Just like Flappy Bird, press any button (or tap!) to flap.
• Drone Controls:
  • Hold down any button to fly up, release to fall down. 
  • Press any button to fire your weapon.

We're two brothers that traded in our corporate careers to pursue our passion for indie game development. Lessons Learned:

• We figured out how to effectively use Unity's Universal Render Pipeline (URP) lighting for the first time!
• We (finally!) found a way to minimize texture bleeding in moving tilemaps by using Unity's Sprite Atlas to pack multiple textures into one.
• We learned time scale control using unscaledDeltaTime and appropriate division or multiplication by the time scale -- this gave us an easy way to speed up the entire game, but keep animations and mechanics running smoothly.
